Discernment is a practice: the more you commit to it, the easier it becomes for you to quickly tell if a spirit or an energy you’re encountering is positive or negative. There are many things that can get in the way of our discernment, including our own nervous system, our own inner shadow, doubts, and insecurities we have about ourselves. Dark energies and spirits tend to play off our insecurities, as well as seek to manipulate our egos. Be mindful of a spirit that’s always stoking your ego, ye
